WE DON'T PLAY SOCCER IN YOUR YARD - DON'T LEAVE YOUR TRASH AT OUR FIELDS
Every individual & team is responsible for taking all trash with them. The leaving of trash at the field is unacceptable and may result in the closing of the field the following weekend. If fields are closed no games will be made up.

FALL SEASON 2008 REGISTRATION
We are begining to form teams.
If you have not yet signed up or have forgotten to register, time is running out.
Once teams are formed and divisions are full, players registering late may be placed on a waiting list!
Players must be registered BEFORE teams are formed to ensure they will be placed on a team!
Don't let your child miss out on a great season!!!
If you are a returning player, mail your registration and payment in NOW!
If you don't have your form, sign up on-line at www.eayso106.org and follow up by mailing your printed form and payment.
The Fee is only $ 75*
Save $ 10 by bringing a new player who lives in Lakewood
*Players registering after 7/1/08, are required to pay a $25 cabdy-sale buyout.
New Players must present proof of birth date and participate in a skill evaluation at registration.

FAQ
NO DOGS AT ANY FIELD
AT ANY TIME!
This includes the parks!

We are not allowed to have dogs, of any size, on any school or park at any time.
Any person bringing a dog to a school will be asked to leave. Failure to remove the dog from the campus will result in games or practice being cancelled for the offending team.

SAFETY NOTE:
ALL PLAYERS MUST WEAR SHINGUARDS AT ALL PRACTICES & GAMES
NO EXCEPTIONS!
It is the responsibility of the coach to make sure all players comply. If a player shows up without shinguards the player is not allowed to participate. Please tell your player's parents to make sure their children show up to practice prepared to participate.
